PaidPromo.ai provides an AI-powered platform for influencer marketing, connecting brands and influencers to facilitate promotional campaigns. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Brands are required to fund campaigns in advance. PaidPromo.ai may deduct a service fee before distributing payments to influencers. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant PaidPromo.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform’s services.
Users may not use the Platform for illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or any activity that violates the rights of others. PaidPromo.ai reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PaidPromo.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaidPromo.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
